Terms of service
These terms cover use of duoduostudy.com and purchases from Duoduostudy, a U.S. business serving U.S. customers only. Read our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy alongside them.
Placing and paying for an order
Order only if legally able to purchase or with appropriate permission. Supply accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Review the listing, included contents, and any age or safety guidance before buying.
Prices and your final order total are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are displayed before payment. Standard shipping is free without a minimum; expedited shipping costs $15 per order. Available payment methods appear at checkout.
Orders depend on payment and availability. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects an order, we will contact you about the options. If we cancel a paid purchase, we refund the canceled amount to the original payment method.
Cancellations and delivery
Contact us promptly to request cancellation before dispatch. Whether cancellation or an address change is possible depends on order status. After dispatch, a return may be needed.
Processing takes 1-2 business days. Estimated total delivery is 8-17 business days for standard shipping or 6-10 for expedited shipping. Tracking is provided after dispatch.
Returns and customer protections
Request returns or exchanges within 30 calendar days after receipt. We pay return postage and charge no restocking, handling, or refund fees. Refunds arrive through the original payment method within 10 calendar days after receipt of the return, including inspection and processing.
Website content and use
Respect intellectual property rights belonging to the relevant rights holders. Purchasing an item does not transfer reproduction rights. Do not misuse personal information, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with website security.
These terms preserve nonwaivable consumer rights. Updates cannot retrospectively remove purchase rights. Questions: info@duoduostudy.com.
