Refund policy

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after receiving your item. The window starts at receipt, rather than the order or dispatch date. For separate deliveries, count from receipt of each item.

Duoduostudy pays return postage for ordinary returns and for faulty, wrong, or damaged items. We charge no restocking, handling, or refund fees, including exchange handling fees.

Starting a return or exchange

Email info@duoduostudy.com or call +1 229 537 4740 within the 30-day window. Share your order number, identify the item, and tell us whether you want a refund or exchange.

Before buying postage, contact us to arrange a prepaid return label or another seller-paid shipping method. Contact is for shipping coordination, not mandatory approval of a return. We do not deduct return postage from your refund.

Follow the shipping instructions supplied, pack the item securely for transport, and include your order number to help identify it. Keep the return tracking or postal receipt for reference.

Choosing an exchange

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-calendar-day request window after receipt. Tell us which replacement you would like. We will explain availability and any price difference before you decide to proceed. Duoduostudy pays the return postage.

Reporting an arrival problem

Please report a faulty, damaged, or wrong item within 7 calendar days after receipt. Describe the problem and provide photographs if available so we can investigate and help arrange a return, exchange, replacement, or refund.

This reporting request does not shorten the 30-day return and exchange window or restrict your statutory rights.

Receiving your refund

Your refund will arrive through your original payment method within 10 calendar days after Duoduostudy receives the returned item. The 10-day deadline includes inspection and refund processing. We will confirm when the refund is issued. If it has not arrived within that period, contact us so we can trace it. Your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
