What can I shop for at Duoduostudy?

Is standard shipping free on a small order?

Yes. Standard shipping is free without a minimum purchase amount.

How long should delivery take?

Processing takes 1-2 business days. After dispatch, standard transit is estimated at 7-15 business days, or 8-17 business days total. Expedited transit is estimated at 5-8 business days, or 6-10 business days total.

What does expedited shipping cost?

Expedited shipping costs $15 per order. The processing period still applies before dispatch.

How can I follow my shipment?

Tracking is provided after dispatch. Contact us with your order number for missing tracking, stalled updates, or a parcel you cannot locate.

Can I cancel before my order ships?

Contact us promptly. We will check the order status to see whether cancellation is still possible before dispatch.

When can I ask for a return or exchange?

Within 30 calendar days after receipt of your item. Exchanges are accepted; we explain replacement availability and any price difference before you proceed.

Who pays the return postage?

Duoduostudy pays for ordinary, faulty, wrong, and damaged-item returns. Contact us before buying postage for a prepaid label or another seller-paid method. This coordinates shipping without a separate approval requirement. We charge no restocking, handling, or refund fees.

What if my item is damaged or wrong?

Please report it within 7 calendar days after receipt, with photos if available. This request does not reduce your 30-day return window or statutory rights.

When will the refund reach me?

Within 10 calendar days after we receive your return, through the original payment method. Inspection and processing are included in that deadline.
